I have been a regular visitor since I moved to Oxford. It has changed immensely. The service is great. Their new cakes, fair trade organic drinks, milk shakes and ice cream are probably the best in town. Try their falafel salad - it is lovely.
joeox4d, 23/03/09 Disappointed with the hike in prices at this place, especially to eat in on plates that cost less than the difference between the eat-in and take-out prices. On my last two visits I have ordered the jacket potato, that was once delicious and freshly cooked, and now best described as tepid with coagulated, and similarly tepid, mozzarella rather than cheddar on top. Was good, now disappointing. 17/12/08 Cafe serving the most delicious ice-cream in Oxford. There are only 6 or 7 classic (organic) flavours to choose from, and they aren't made on site, but they're SO delicious! The Cornish clotted cream and the Cornish fudge are my current favourites - silky, creamy, refreshing, fragrant, and luxurious. The cones they're served in are tasty too, and I usually can't see the point of cones except as ice-cream holders. I really like both the G&D's ice-cream parlours, especially since they're independent, but the quality of ice-cream at Green's just beats them for me. I haven't eaten anything else at Green's... yet! Purple Fox, 09/09/07 Absolutely great food, friendly service, and upbeat ambience - plus, you can't beat the free wifi! Jabadahun, 23/06/07
